This privacy policy explains what Ranalli Productions, LLC (magician David Ranalli, “we”) collects through davidranalli.com, our phone lines, text messages and email, and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, event details, and anything you write in a booking inquiry, ticket order, newsletter signup, call, voicemail or text.
Information collected automatically: your browser type, pages visited and similar usage data through cookies, including Google Analytics and Google advertising cookies.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, book and plan your event, send contracts, invoices and receipts, deliver tickets, reply to your calls, voicemails and texts, and, if you signed up, send our newsletter about upcoming shows.
Phone calls and voicemail
Calls to our business line may be recorded, and you will hear a notice before recording begins. Recordings and voicemails are transcribed so we can keep accurate notes on your event. They are used only to serve you and are never sold or shared for marketing.
Text messaging
If you text our business line, we use your number only to reply to you about your event or show. We never text anyone who has not texted us first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, booking and invoicing software, payment processors, ticketing platforms, email delivery and phone service, and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also release information when required by law or to protect our rights or safety.
We email you about your inquiry or booking. Newsletter emails go only to people who signed up, and every one has an unsubscribe link that removes you right away.
Cookies
You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them. You can opt out of Google advertising cookies at Google Ads Settings.
Security
We use secure, encrypted connections on our site, and we never store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment processors.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
