They did a spectacular job decorating (Indy 500 racing theme!), provided spectacular food, and wanted to entertain a little bit differently this year.
Entertainment:
Instead of doing Bingo in years past, they decided to outsource entertainment. They contacted my office, and we got to to work quickly to provide them with a custom event proposal.
Solutions:
What the client decided was best for their event was to go for the full package. They had me perform strolling close up magic as guests entered the room. This helped people feel acknowledged as they entered, and broke the ice early in the evening. You could feel excitement in the air!
After dinner, guests laughed, interacted, and were amazed during my 45 minute comedy magic show. Guests left the show laughing and with their heads spinning from astonishment. Do you think their customers felt appreciated? You bet!
